"Choosing a good tile grout sealant depends on factors such as the type of tiles, the location of the installation (bathroom, kitchen, etc.), and personal preferences. Here are some popular and reliable tile grout sealants that you may consider:

Aqua Mix Sealer's Choice Gold:

This is a premium, water-based sealer suitable for a wide range of porous surfaces, including cementitious sanded and unsanded grout. It provides excellent protection against stains and is suitable for both interior and exterior use.
Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator:

511 Impregnator is a solvent-based penetrating sealer that offers long-lasting protection against stains. It can be used on a variety of surfaces, including grout, stone, and tile. It's suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
Tuff Duck Granite, Grout and Marble Sealer:

Specifically designed for use on natural stone, grout, and marble, Tuff Duck is a water-based sealer that provides protection against stains while preserving the natural look of the surface. It's suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Custom Building Products Aqua Mix Grout Sealer:

This water-based sealer is designed to protect grout joints from stains while allowing moisture vapor transmission. It's suitable for use on cementitious sanded and unsanded grout in residential and commercial applications.
Dupont Stonetech Bulletproof Sealer:

Bulletproof is a heavy-duty sealer that provides maximum protection against oil and water-based stains. It's suitable for interior and exterior use and works well on natural stone, grout, and tile.
Tech Grout Cleaner and Sealer:

This product not only cleans grout but also seals it to resist future stains. It's suitable for use on ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles.
When selecting a grout sealer, be sure to consider the specific requirements of your project, such as the type of tiles and grout you have, whether the area is exposed to moisture, and whether the installation is indoors or outdoors. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for application and maintenance.

Additionally, keep in mind that reapplication of the sealer may be necessary over time, especially in high-traffic or moisture-prone areas. Regular maintenance and cleaning will also contribute to the longevity of the grout and the effectiveness of the sealer."
