Shower Sliding Door come off track, can it be repaired,?

Shower Sliding door has come off the track.

120cm width double walk in shower aluminium frame.

The wheels/rollers worn out and only metal left.

I understand the rollers can be replaced but this is my questions.....

The top track looks fine, bottom track corrosion showing (wrong cleaning chemicals) but its sturdy and not crumbling.

Is it still possible to replace the rollers and hang the door ?
Approx cost?

Appreciate any advice
Thank you

"Yes, in most cases it is still possible to replace the rollers and rehang the shower door if the frame and tracks are structurally sound. Worn rollers are a common failure point and can usually be replaced with universal or matching parts. Light corrosion on the bottom track is acceptable as long as it is not crumbling or misshapen. Once new rollers are fitted, the door can normally be rehung and adjusted correctly. If corrosion is severe or the track is distorted, replacement of the enclosure may be the better option."

"With a lot of of these shower sliding doors they quite often come loose on the wheels connected to the frame you can adjust these with an Alan key. Make sure there is nothing restricting the wheels cause it's gonna often take them off track."

"It should be possible to replace rollers if you know the manufacturer and can acquire spare parts for it. This sometimes works out just as costly as replacement, SO its best to do your research on the part replacement so as to not end up overspending on parts and labour if its cheaper to replace"

"Yes — in most cases you can replace the rollers and put the shower door back on the track, even if the bottom track has surface corrosion, as long as the track is still straight and structurally solid."

"Yes you can replace them. The problem is fitting them back into the tracking it may need to be removed from the tray to slot the wheels back in or cut the track to create a hole to drop the wheel into the tracking then attach them to the door without seeing the door it's difficult to tell. The screws can be super tight to undo so be careful."

"Yes you can usually replace the rollers and rehung the sliding shower door even if the bottom track is showing corrosion, as long as the frame is still structurally sound and straight. The fact that the top track looks fine is good news and that’s what carries most of the door’s weight on a double-walk-in configuration.
Approximate Cost:
Labour (1–2 hours): £80–£150
Parts (rollers etc): £30–£80
Total approximate: £110–£230"

"Yes, you can usually repair it.

If the top track is straight and secure, replace the rollers and refit the door. That fixes most cases.

Replacement rollers cost £15 to £40 per pair.
Labour is usually £80 to £150.

If the bottom track is corroded but still solid, clean it back and protect it. If it is pitted or uneven, the door will keep jumping off. In that case, replace the enclosure. A new 1200 mm sliding shower door supplied and fitted is often £500to £700.

If the frame is older and parts are hard to source, replacement makes more sense."
