Installing additional toilets

My question is as follows: If I was to have 2 additional toilets installed on top of 2 existing toilets in a warehouse, would we need to extend the external waste pipes / waste channel?

"Yes, in most cases you can connect the two new toilets into the existing soil stack, provided the current drainage system has sufficient capacity and complies with Building Regulations.

You will not necessarily need to extend the external waste pipes or drainage channel if:
• The existing soil stack is correctly sized for the additional load.
• There is adequate venting to prevent siphonage.
• The pipe gradients and branch connections meet current regulations.

Before proceeding, a site inspection should confirm the condition, diameter and capacity of the existing drainage system. If the current stack or drains are undersized, or if the new toilets are a significant distance from the existing connections, modifications or an additional external soil stack may be required."

"Ideally, you’d want the new toilets to have their waste pipes becoming external at the closest source possible. However it is possible for them to feed into the waste piping and drains if the existing toilets below."
