"Yes, it is certainly possible, I'm assuming you are referencing the soil vent pipe above roof level, it's best done from a tower for safety reasons.

Best wishes Jamie"

"Hi , yes it can be fixed...depending on what the drain / soil pipe is made of which will either be plastic or cast iron .
If it is plastic...
a new 4inch solvent weld or push fit coupling with be required and however much 4inch soil pipe that has broken off will also need to be replaced ...
If it is a cast iron then a 110mm cast iron time saver coupling or a 110mm fernco rubber coupling will do the job"

"Yes it Is possible with a ladder if the soil stack is cast it would need super sleeves to repair it but could be worth replacing whole thing from the ground up if it is cast hope this helps"

"Hi, thanks for reaching out. Yes, that should be possible. We’d need to inspect the damage first, but if the top section of the sewage pipe has broken off above the window, we should be able to fit a replacement piece and extend it back above the roof. Please send a photo if you have one, and let us know your location so we can advise further. Thank you."

"Yes this is possible. It may require new clips and fittings. Depending on access a tower would be the ideal and safest way of correcting this issue."

"Assuming its a plastic pipe, the fittings tend to be push fit. So buy an appropriate coupling fitting, some pipe and a cowl for the top. Bit of lube on the rubber seals of the fitting to make it easier to fit (washing up liquid will do in a pinch). All the above available in screwfix."
