RJS arrived promptly and clearly explained what he was going to do and the possible outcomes, explaining everything thoroughly. He was incredibly friendly and extremely professional and completed the job within the timeframe mentioned. My bath tub and sink are now actually flowing, I should add my bath and sink was extremely blocked despite numerous attempts to unblock before he arrived. RJS also gave great future advice to help maintain my bath pipes. Would definitely recommend RJS again, fantastic service.

Reece is an exceptionally highly skilled tradesman who replaced without any complaint, seized stopcocks, taps & wastes which were over 40 yrs old & located in inaccessible spaces. He did an excellent job & cleaned up after thoroughly checking the work. A great craftsman! I would definitely recommend him.

Repair Bath Tap Hot Water Issue
Reece was very communicative and punctual, and even bought the replacement parts before the job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made sure to cover all potential causes. The problem turned out to be a boiler issue but Reece kindly got a cost estimate for this. Will definitely contact him again for any and all plumbing needs!
