Setting time on induction hob

My induction hob is set to several different time zones at once. I just want one time to appear and that being the local time. How can I achieve this? What do I need to do? Does it depend on the brand/product in question or is it more or less the same for each hob? Thanks!

"All of the hob's work on the same principle, but every model is configured differently.
Reset the system timers by disconnecting the main supply and then reconnecting."

"Depend on how many burners does hob have. For example, my induction gave 4 burners and I can set up a timer on each one individually."

"Over-temperature protection on an induction hob is a safety feature designed to prevent the appliance (and sometimes the cookware or food) from overheating, which could cause damage or fire hazards. Here's a breakdown of what it is, how it works, what it does, and how to identify whether a hob has it:

🔥 What Is Over-Temperature Protection?
Over-temperature protection is a built-in safety mechanism in induction hobs that monitors the temperature of internal components (e.g., the cooking surface, control board, or internal coils) and/or the cookware. If any part exceeds a safe temperature threshold, the hob will automatically reduce power, shut off, or display an error to prevent overheating."

"It depends on the model but the best option would be to power off the hob, which will reset the time and then can re-program the time zone as required."

"Switch it off by the main power supply and when you put it back on it should let you reset it"
