"If it's just the front, it will take a maximum of three days. Prices range from £45-85 per square meter. Scaffolding isn't always necessary; sometimes an aluminum tower will suffice. I can provide an accurate quote after inspecting the wall."

"Small terraced frontage: £2,500–£4,000
Semi-detached front: £4,000–£7,000
Larger detached frontage: £7,000–£12,000+

Scaffolding is included.
The tradesmen just need access to water and electricity and approx 2-4 weeks."

"Scaffolding is necessary it comes as part of the job , depending on how big your house will determine how long it will take. you do not need to be at home as long as the builders have access to water and electricity . Rough estimate between £3500 to £6500"

"Your looking at around 5k per side including labour, materials, scaffold and Waste disposal. Around 3 weeks would be the turn around start to finish. As long as there is power and water there would be no problem with the job being completed without the home owner present.

"The cost of rendering the front of a terraced house varies depending on the size of the property, the condition of the existing render, the type of render chosen, and whether scaffolding is required.
As a rough guide:
Small front elevation: £1,500–£3,000+
Larger or more complex elevations: £3,000–£6,000+
Scaffolding is often charged separately, although some contractors include it within the quotation. It's always advisable to confirm this before accepting a quote.
The homeowner does not normally need to be present throughout the work, provided access arrangements have been agreed in advance.
Most front elevations can be completed within 3–7 working days, depending on preparation work, weather conditions, drying times, and the render system being used."
