Rectifying damage caused by freezing

How much will it cost to rectify damage caused by freezing and thawing of central heating pipes and electrics.

"It's hard to say unless we do a visual inspection but pipework needs to be thawed and lagged cable needs to be replaced in protective conduit or insulated well to protect from freezing its hard to give a price without a visual depends on the extent if the damage"
