"You could.

"Before you paint the tiles, Degrease them, plus get some fine sandpaper, sand them lightly so you have a key for the first coat of paint to grip onto"

"Can I use enamel paint on tiles?
Paint grouted area. Use a medium paintbrush to apply paint to the grouted areas first. Paint tile surface. Continue to paint over the tiles, only this time with a foam paint roller."

"You can use commercial tile or ceramic paint, oil-based paint, coloured epoxy, enamel, or latex paint to paint bathroom or kitchen tiles. Water-based paints such as acrylic, watercolours, and spray paint will not work."
