"Stucco generally is lime based and needs treated accordingly, you need an acrylic paint (obviously suitable for exterior masonry).
Not a great deal of choice compared to mineral based paints, but something like wethertex or certain sandtex paints. Bog standard masonry paint may look great once on but will not last on stucco and soon bubble/flake off, also won’t allow the lime/render to breath properly.
