"Why would you make an overhead supply connection? I would like to suggest if there is strong possibility you contact your DNO/western power etc
You really dont want to make contact its life threatening, disruption to many supplies and probably a big bill/HSE investigagtion."

"Whatever procedure your planning must be risk assessed, if there is a high risk of making contact with your overhead line then you must change your procedures. You probably wouldn’t be able to do much after contact."

"If you came in contact with an overhead line just know that 25000v would be running through your body and if you are an older person it's more likely that you would be killed as the electricity would race around your whole body until eventually reaching the heart. A young person may stand more of a chance but could still be fatal. Take no risks."
