Lukewarm water bathroom tap

The water from my bath tap is only lukewarm but the other taps are hot. What could be the problem?

"If tou have a combination boiler could be the divert or valves passing the reason for being at bath tap is water flow through the bath tap in 22mm pipe others outlets flow in 15mm pipes"

"Depends where the boiler is and if bath tap is far away from boiler then it means the boiler hasn't got enough power to push hot water at a constant temperature."

Need a little more info .. are the bath taps individual taps or a mixer style .. which could suggest cold is being introduced to give a luke warm temp..."
