    Bathroom Specialists

The water from my bath tap is only lukewarm but the other taps are hot. What could be the problem?

"Depends where the boiler is and if bath tap is far away from boiler then it means the boiler hasn't got enough power to push hot water at a constant temperature."

maybe the thermostatic valve is not working"

"Sounds like you have a thermostatic valve on your bath mixer tap which is not working correctly"
