Repair Gap Under Shower Tray
Extremely Disappointing Experience 1. Inaccurate Quote: - Paul initially quoted us 1 days work for £500, it then turned into £800 for two days work. 2. Very bad time management: - Paul arrived 2 hours late on day 1 and 1.5 hours on day 2. - On day 1, he was out for 1.5 hrs for lunch and 2.5hrs on day two, he was supposed to be collecting materials but after calling after 1.5hrs it transpired that he had just been having lunch. - On day two he stated at 6pm that he would need to work late, he and his cousin stayed until 1:30am until we asked them to stop working. 3. Inaccurate description of skills and extremely poor quality of work: - Paul stated that he would be able to fix our issue which involved plumbing, building and tiling, this is why we hired him. Whilst the leak was fixed, the floor building job was left unfinished, with inaccurate measurements, poor use of our materials and almost no eye for detail and precision. - The tiles where applied with mortar straight onto an uneven wall using rotten wood and cardboard to prop up the tiles. - They grouted immediately after adhering to the wall, a task that should be completed 48+ hours after adhesion. - After he left, we had to stay up for 2 hours undoing the extremely poor work so that none of our materials were wasted. 4. Did nothing to remedy the issues: - When we voiced our concerns, he did not believe he had done poor work. We asked for a partial refund, instead he offered, after we tried to contact him multiple times, to come back and redo the work over the phone, however never got back to us. The plumbing work was completed well however.

PT Plumbing & GasYou can see from my reviews I have done lots of showers and bathrooms with no issues I fixed leak and rebuilt floor had few personal issues at the time hens being late but kept customer in the loop and was going to take an extra day and she was not happy there was about 4 tiles needed I needed to come back but she never got back to me then asked for money when did 95% of the work.no thanks I'd rather put the 4 tiles back I can't keep everyone happy but I do try my best
