Fix Shower and Basin Installation Issues
Paul is a thoughtful and competent tradesman. He took his time in identifying the problem, that a previous contractor had caused when installing a new shower, and remedied the issue. He resolved the problem of a leaking sink, that was also mis-installed by a previous cowboy contractor (EGP Services). He showed patience and determination. Will definitely use him again.

Urgent New Gas Boiler Installation
Extremely disappointed with this service. The boiler installation itself was completed, but the installer failed to carry out a critical part of the job registering the boiler to activate the 10-year manufacturer warranty, which was clearly promised before the work was agreed. Since the installation on 12 January. Despite repeated phone calls and WhatsApp messages, the installer has not registered the boiler and has stopped responding altogether. Vaillant have confirmed that only the installer can complete this registration, leaving me without the promised warranty on a major household installation. This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this trader. Communication after payment was extremely poor, and agreed responsibilities were not fulfilled.
PT Plumbing & GasI have done warranty I had up to 30 days and has not past gas safe notified and building control installation done perfect I need this reviewed as incorrect I’m uploaded documents to my job quote
