"Turn off the power

Switch off the light at the wall.

Ideally, turn off the circuit breaker for extra safety.

Access the light fitting

Remove the cover or frame of the fitting (usually screws or clips).

Gently pull down the old LED bulb if it's socketed (or unscrew it, depending on design).

Check the fitting type

Square LED "bulbs" may actually be LED panels or modules, not standard bulb sockets.

If they connect with small plug-type connectors, match the shape and pins on your new ones.

Install the new LED bulbs

Insert or plug in the new LEDs carefully.

Make sure they're seated properly and any connectors are snug.

Test the light

Restore power at the fuse box or wall switch.

Turn on the light and see if it works."

"Not too sure on this Valerie, maybe a Photo of the Light fitting may help with a better answer!
I take it the this type of Led bulb is removed & replaced by just pulling or unclipping it from a connection ** after firstly switching off or tripping the breaker on the lighting Circuit in question!
If the bulbs are replaceable this shouldn't be a hard job, include a photo or perhaps, just google it!
Good luck."

"The led lights might be a sealed unit, meaning you'd have to buy the same light again from the supplier, if it isn't a sealed unit, turn the power off and gently pull the lip of the light.(it has two sping levers that pull the light to the ceiling) pull the light down, make sure your fingers aren't in the way of the spring levers becaue it hurts! Then try and twist the fasure off and it should come apart. It's hard to say without seeing it. Good luck, any issues look up Ohm Sweet Ohm and I can give more detaisl"
