Fix Plinth Lights And Extractor Fan
From the first contact everything went very efficiently. Bailey gave us a time slot on the initial contact,punctual and polite. Looked at the jobs, offered to do there and then at a reasonable price. Including going and getting the necessary parts. He even offered to make good of someone else’s small cosmetic error . We were so impressed with Bailey’s work ethics we will certainly ask him for jobs again. We can definitely recommend him. .
Diagnose Earth Fault on Kitchen Sockets
Bailey was very pleasant, came at the time arranged and got the issue resolved quickly. He was happy to check some additional sockets to make sure all was OK. Would employ him again.
Install Ceiling Fans and Lights
Bailey was friendly and efficient at getting the job done. A few miscommunications, hence 4 not 5, but work standard excellent.
Bathroom Extractor Fan Installation
Baily did the job but tried to charge extra to finish the job ( filling the holes he made In the wall ) : he had quoted for ducting but stated this could not be used. When I challenged him on not finishing the job he said he would return for £30. I refused to pay extra, eventually he said he would return the following day which he didn't arrive We decided to cut our loses as he had left the bathroom in a mess So if you want a cheap job he is recommended but i would not use again
RefineGroupI hoovered and cleaned my mess up and explained that it is not standard practice to patch chases up unless there is an additional cost. Due to lack of knowledge for electrical work the landlord demanded I come and patch the chases up for free or I wouldn’t get paid. It’s a shame this job ended sourly with the landlord as the tenants was very nice. In future you should expect an extra charge for plastering or filling chases by an electrician. Instead of ruining A 5 star reputation. Thankyou for your feedback back and we will use this to improve our service moving forward! 😊

Assemble Child's Wooden Play Kitchen
Bailey was very pleasant and professional. He assembled a play kitchen for my Granddaughter who loves playing with it. He took time to do the job properly and tidied up after finishing the work. I would definitely recommend him.
