Is Monocouche render any good?

Is Monocouche render any good? I've heard it's prone to cracking.

"Monocouche render is one of the best modern solutions for rendering because of its flexibility. Due to certain additives used by professionals, you can reduce the risk of cracks. You can even opt in for a high-end, self-cleaning option, which requires even less maintenance to look the part."

"Monocouche is still a cement based tender which yes shrinks and cracks over time. I would recommend silicone render as it’s durable and flexible"

"It is a good tender yes
As long as it has been applied properly and the builder has used the backing mesh then that will stop this"

"Yes it is good because it has a render mesh in it to prevent it from cracking so much as render and you can have insulation put on first and then monocouche over the top to keep your house nice and warm in the winter"

"The monocouche product is very good and easy to process and will not crack if the technological processes are followed."

"The best render is and will always be sand and cement
The first coat should be 5 to 1
The second coat should be 4 to 1.
Don't mix it to dry.just add water a little at a time so you get the right consistency.if you are having to do a work out to put it on its to dry.it should just glide o to the wall.i hope this helps"

"I have not had a recall for monocouche for cracking providing you have the right bounding for the back ground and fibre reinforcement mesh in the right place and the right temperature it all good."

"It’s decent stuff and comes with a guarantee however it does tend to pick up dirt. It has sparkles in the background and people seem to like this. I personally prefer thin coat k-rend however as it easier to clean and doesn’t pick up dirt as easy. Hope this was helpful."

"It hasn't stood the test of time, I see renders now and they are stained black with rain water run. It's said u can jetwash it, but never seen it being done, expensive to erect a scaffold every few yrs to clean."
