Accessibility to core drill the hole (it's much easier to drill from outside in so there is less mess)
The wiring set up, whether there is a loft or trunking
The type of fan (timer, humidity stat etc)
It is often advisable for the electrician to carry out a quick visual inspection in order to provide an accurate quotation"
