"You probably better getting your reveals re boarded to get a equal measurement or you will have a gap at the bottom because of the taper"

"Measuring for blinds can be a bit tricky when the window recess tapers in. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get the right measurements:

First, measure the width of the window recess at the top, middle, and bottom. Record the smallest measurement as the recess width.
Next, measure the length of the window recess from the top to the bottom. Record the measurement as the recess length.
If the window recess is tapered, you will need to take additional measurements to ensure that the blind fits snugly. Measure the depth of the recess at the top, middle, and bottom. If the depth varies, record the smallest measurement as the recess depth.
When ordering your blinds, you should specify the recess measurements, ensuring that the smallest width, length, and depth measurements are used. This will ensure that the blind fits snugly within the recess.
If you're unsure about how to measure your window recess or are concerned about getting accurate measurements, it's a good idea to consult with a professional blind fitter who can provide advice and assistance.
It's important to note that blinds that are made-to-measure can provide a better fit for windows with irregular or tapered recesses, as they can be customized to fit your specific requirements."
