Answered on 19th Apr 2020 - Member since Feb 2018 - report"Hi Billy! So although you won’t want to overfill each hole, you will likely find that you need at least 30kg - or 1 1/2 bags - of postcrete. Together with a good mix of water all around your post, your hole should be well and truly concreted.

"Hi Billy, if u want to do proper job need to use 2 bags of post concrete ."
Answered on 18th Apr 2020 - Member since Oct 2019 - report"Hi it should ideally be one bag per post. You can mix 10 m shingle with the post Crete to bulk it out if the hole is to big for one bag. When your ready to add the post Crete with post in place fill 1/4 with water first then add the post Crete use a stick or small bar to mix the Crete as you add it. It will take out the air pockets which can cause weakness to the post over time. Cheers and good luck"

Answered on 18th Apr 2020 - Member since Feb 2020 - report"Hi Billy,
Just over one bag per hole should be sufficient, blue circle postcrete suggest 1 bag will fill a 8 x 30 inch hole with a 4x4 post. You're dimensions are slightly bigger than that so better to be safe than sorry and have a bit extra.
Take care :)"
