How much grout per square metre

Using fairly large tiles and thin gaps, but most guides seem vague. Can anyone help me out?

"Grout quantity per m² varies based on tile size, joint width, and tile thickness.
With large format tiles installed with narrow joints (typically 2–3 mm), grout consumption is generally low — normally around 0.2–0.4 kg per m². Medium tiles or wider joints will require more, and mosaics significantly more due to the higher number of joints.
If you let me know the tile dimensions and planned joint gap, I can give you a precise estimate.
It’s always good practice to allow a small margin to ensure continuity during installation."

"Consumption depends on the thickness of the tile and the thickness of the joint: 2, 3 or 5 mm."
