AVOID!! Avoid at all costs unless you’re willing to pay someone else to come and fix the mess that is left. Stevie contacted us pretty quick after the job was advertised. Was in touch most days in the run up to him coming out. We were changing a toilet and sink in downstairs cloakroom bathroom. When the day come he came out and offered to box in the pipes on show with wet wall. He spent most of the day completing it but by the moaning going on we started to get the vibe that he didn’t know what he was doing. We had a corner sink which was being installed and ended up going through our kitchen wall to which he grinded down the bolt and left holes in our wall but it’s fine we were told to just fill them! After he left we were not happy with the standard! It was the worst standard I have ever seen. The sink was hanging off the wall and the wet wall was cheap plastic with silicone everywhere! We called him back and told him we weren’t happy and that he needed to come fix it as we had a leak from the toilet and sink and the sink was hanging off not only that we had no hot water which he was taking no blame for. He come back out but with a stinking attitude and we asked him to leave our house. We then had to get an emergency plumber to sort the leaks, another plumber to fix the bathroom where the toilet was not even fixed to the floor, the sink about fell off the wall and after paying for a heating engineer to come out after leaving our family with no hot water all weekend which he denied was down to him, it turns out he mixed up the hot and cold pipes so the hot water was being flushed with cold which again we had to pay another plumber to fix. After much conversation we have had our money returned by him but we are still out of pocket after paying for another plumber 3 times. Stevie is not a plumber and should not be allowed on this site.

Remarkable Indisputably the worst work I have ever encountered Disastrous finishes to the work, nothing aligned or finishes to a reasonable standard Shoddy quality beyond belief Damage to shower tray and newly installed sanitary ware Levy the job in a filthy condition Additional damage to kitchen below bathroom due to leaks. Still to check electric safety performance Utter disaster. Would appear to have no public liability insurance, vat registration or company registration , clearly under the radar for nefarious avoidance purposes. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely diabolical. To fit wetwall and flooring, caused £1500 worth damage to my home. Painted over chrome said hes not a painter. Ceiling in kitchen flooded,patched with 2different bits wood chip,bullied to hand over money, I'm a pensioner. Finished, then bathroom flooded. Will be taking this to court.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS The work done in my ground floor flat was not properly carried out, and this caused a huge leak into the underground car park (see video). To make matters worse, they are refusing to take responsibility for the repair costs.

Better bathrooms called me with 10minutes of posting the requirement, even with it being Boxing Day. Stephen face timed and asked several good questions and explained potential diagnoses based on a simple video sent. Arrived next day and got to work. Unfortunately it wasn’t as suspected with shower plumbing issue but was a central heating plumbing issue which was found after some investigation. Quickly reconnected and central working. Now will be carrying out a full bathroom refit on the back of the work. Highly recommended and old school but fantastic comms and no messing which is exactly what I wanted.

Well what can I say. Stevie is a gem a of man. He went out his way to make sure the job was to highest standards. From planning to installing. All materials he bought was to the higher standards. He took his time listen to me and made sure I knew what was happening from start to finish. Worked so hard and he such a perfectionist. I just can't thank them enough. My bathroom has been transformed from horrible to Absolutely STUNNING IN 5 day. Alot of hard work. I honesty can't thank Stevie & Al. I 1000 nightly recommend Better Baths.
