Kitchen Tiling costs

Question

What is an approximate cost to lay sixty square metres of ceramic or porcelain kitchen tiles? Excluding the cost of the tiles.  Tile size would probably be 600x900.  Thanks.

This has too many variables to give a definitative answer. 
Firstly depends on your location ie. The labour costs in London are higher than the labour costs in the midlands.

Then you have to take into account the variables. These are as follows.

What is the substrate. 
Is there under floor heating
Is it one large area or several areas
Is the area to tile clear
Does the substrate require any preparation prior to being tiled.

I am midlands based and for this size of tile I would be charging £45 per square metre labour. I would also be using an anti fracture matting on the floor. This would be another £250 cost. So for labour it would be £2950.00 as an preliminary price

Any tiler would require to see the job before being able to  give an accurate quote.

The cost depends on the complexity of the work and your type of tile , starting from £35 to £60 per square meter

Depending on the type of work, the tiles, and some complexities, prices range from 30 to 55.

Hi Andrew I would charge around £50/ £60 m2 
On large format tiles,  using a levelling system on the tiles.
