How much does it cost to install air bricks?

Surveyor flagged poor ventilation under our suspended floor and suggested a couple of extra air bricks. What's a reasonable price?

Air bricks are priced on the quality you want,  but around 2.00 per.

Hi Pete to install 2 outside air bricks you would have to install 2 plastic vents on the inside for flow to go through to supply bricks vents etc cut out inside and outside to install vents your looking at 300 to£350 Pete hope this helps you

Roughly £35-£45 per brick installation due to breaking out and installing and possibly lifting any flooring ect

Standardly to fit x2 air bricks with connection vent to internal skin you would be looking at somewhere between £300/£350 but depends on what’s involved internally with heights flooring etc.

It depends on where they are, how many you need and what type your looking for, plastic is cheaper to buy but clay looks better however it’s more expensive maybe around £80 an air brick to install
