How much does a tiny house cost?

Thinking of putting a tiny house at the end of my parents land for a couple of years while I save. What's a realistic all in cost. And do we need planning permission? Assuming yes for that?

So under some circumstances you can build without planning permission. It’s called PD permitted development, however there are rules you need to follow for this terms and conditions. Has to be under 50% of whole area of house, only 4 meters high, 2 meters away from neighbours etc. 
you would be better of submitting planning for this to cover all issues.

Depending on size your looking at £85,000-£100,000 for a fully functional living space with all amenities connected and kitchen, bathroom fitted along with all electrics installed.

This would usually include the foundations, brick and block construction, roof, windows, internal finishes, kitchen, bathroom and standard plumbing and electrical installation. Costs can vary if additional groundworks or utility connections are required. First port of call would be to look into the planning side of things.

Hi, it really depends on the size, specification and whether it’s built on-site or delivered as a prefab. As a rough guide, a fully finished tiny house usually costs between £40,000 and £90,000+, excluding groundworks and service connections. You’ll also need to budget for foundations, drainage, water, electricity and access if required.

If it’s intended as a separate dwelling, you will normally need planning permission, even if it’s on your parents’ land. Building Regulations may also apply depending on the design and use.

Aside from the planning application fees, Architects and structural engineer costs etc...and legal solicitor cost...a small house can be built for £160,000 only if you organise job yourself and coordinate all the trades separately. That probably won't go to schedule always though!. Thank you.

7m x6m with loft are around 50 K  without materials 3-4 months of work 
And you need planing permission of course
