Ask your QuestionHow do you grow a liquorice bush? Is there any tips or trick I should know?
Asked by Carol on 17th Dec 2020"Sew seeds on top of potting compost surface and do not cover them in mid to late spring and just keep them warm and luckily you’ll have what you want.
Or you could go out there and get already grown plants"
"Sow seeds mid spring once night temperatures have passed 13-15C. If you have the liquorice bush now then plant it full sun in a light soil like sand (clay will drown it) and throw bits of compost on the top layer. Though it thrives in full sun it still needs to be near a moist area such as a ditch or slope to access water throughout the dry period. Do not water it during the summer."
