Can i go in my neighbours garden to fix my fence?

If I know that I own the fence, can I jump over and fix it from their side if necessary without talking to them?

Unfortunately not, you need to ask them or they could accuse you of trespassing. 
The only time would be if is was an emergency and you needed to stop something dangerous happening if they were not around to advise.

I woukd ask them. if yiu jump over it coukd be classed as trespassing and if you break something it could cause you more issues. generally fences are maintained by both parties

If your neighbour has given you permission to enter his property it will be more than okay to carry on your repairs, however if they decline you will have to work around not being able to go onto your neighbours property.

The best I can so with what I know that you can’t enter someone properly without them knowing and agreeing of you doing so cause it come down to trespassing
