How do I remove rust from a painted radiator

What’s the best way to remove the rust from my radiator and repaint it properly

"Rust from radiators spray WD40 n clean after few minutes with steel wool , remember don't rub too much if the rust is too much then it might lead to leak the radiators , can clean minor rust"

"Your probably better off replacing the radiator if it rusterd there's a good chance you'll get pin holes and it will start leaking, thanks Gavin"
