CHIMNEY DAMAGED DURING STORM

My chimney was damaged and fell down during the storm few days ago. I was told that I should have pipes as I use gas fire, instead of chimney. Please let me know what are the latest rules asap. Thanks.

"Depends on the type of chimney you have, and what gas fire fitted. Ring a registered engineer for a visit. He will advise what’s needed."
