How can I tell if my condensate pipe is blocked?

Hi. I’m thinking that my condensate pipe may be blocked but I’m not sure. How can I tell whether this is the case in a safe manner?

"If your boiler is displaying an ignition failure code then it could be down to this, the only other way would be to get it checked by an engineer"

"your boiler will keep shutting down and going into lockout. follow your white pipe coming off the boiler that exits Internally under your sink or sometimes externally terminating at a drain.

run the boiler, and inspect if water is flowing or not. if you have a turndish inspect it for passing water."
