Ask your QuestionHas anybody painted stained wood with frenchic paint? I have heard it sticks to anything and works wonders. The only way I know how to paint stained wood is sand, stain blocker, primer, then whatever finish you want.
Is frenchic the miracle paint it claims to be and can slap straight on and you're done.

Answered on 11th May 2022 - Member since May 2022 - report"Hi, you would be best to give a light Sand over the area to be painted beforehand. I've used this paint before on a varnished table but I would always say to sand and use a specialist primer beforehand to make sure that you get good adhesion beforehand. Hope this helps"
