Frenchic paint on stained wood.

Has anybody painted stained wood with frenchic paint? I have heard it sticks to anything and works wonders. The only way I know how to paint stained wood is sand, stain blocker, primer, then whatever finish you want.
Is frenchic the miracle paint it claims to be and can slap straight on and you're done.

"All these paints claim to have amazing properties. However, I’ve used most of them… a light sanding and primer/undercoat should be used to achieve optimum results.."

"You don’t need a prima with this a light rub down with a fine paper then coat it as many times as needed"

"Hi, you would be best to give a light Sand over the area to be painted beforehand. I've used this paint before on a varnished table but I would always say to sand and use a specialist primer beforehand to make sure that you get good adhesion beforehand. Hope this helps"
