"Floating means it’s anchored to the wall. Great for bathrooms as there’s no risk of the wood getting saturated with water. Makes it easier to clean floors too. You must make sure the unit is properly anchored to the wall and I would avoid using any fixings which come with the unit as they are normally quite weak."
