"This depends on the number of circuits, an average cost could be between £120 TO £220."

"Hi

I would estimate, based on the circuits all being single phase and of standard construction (ie standard sockets and ligh fixtures) a day's labour at approximately £250 with certification.

Many thanks,
Steve"

"Hi

Is this EICR needed due to being at the end of tenancy agreement? Cost would depend on the amount of circuits that are installed at present

"The value of £300.
The report has the important function of detecting possible failures and scheduling the correction or, if everything is ok, getting approval."

"It will not be calculated on sq ft some charge by the hour some on how big the 3 phase consumer unit is and how many circuits there are some do a one-off fee etc best bet is to get 3 quotes etc and see as there is no set charging structure"

"Around £400 this would be an Electrical installation condition report which would test the electrical installation and show any fault or illegal wiring"
