Electric shower or digital shower

I have poor water pressure on my shower head (gravity-fed water system, top floor flat) which would be the better option to boost water pressure? An electric shower or digital shower?

"Both are electric... one with knobs, digital is only the front panel that's different, Wouldn't make any difference. What you could do is convert over to mains pressure or buy a water pump"

"Hi they all work but it will depend on the lay out of your property and in terms of price it's very similar personally I prefer having a shower pump"

"It all depends on how far your electrical consumer unit is away from your bathroom ,as if you want an electric shower you need to run a separate 10m cable from the consumer unit up to the shower with a separate fused spur switch outside the bathroom to it .
If you want the shower pump all you need then is a bit of cable and a plug on the other end and some sort of power out let"
