"It completely depends on what your needs are for the workshop and how much use it will be getting, for instance if you are going to be using it all the time, it may be worth insulating it to not only keep you warm but to keep materials for being damp and damaged . You may also want to add extra sockets , the list goes on, but! It completely depends on what you need and want"
