Cutting a door into a stud wall

We need to install a door into a stud wall - the door is at one end, but we want one at the other to help with room flow. Wall is upstairs, victorian mid-terrace.
What do we need to consider/check?

"A fire door must be correctly installed and maintained to perform as intended in the event of a fire. Key requirements include:

• Securely mounted and correctly fitted frame
• Correct gaps around the door and frame
• Certified fire-rated hinges and ironmongery
• Appropriate intumescent seals and smoke seals where required
• Suitable fire-rated glazing and components (if fitted)
• A valid manufacturer’s certification identifying the door as a fire door
• The door and all components must be compatible with the fire rating being claimed
As a certified fire door inspector, I check these and other critical elements to help ensure compliance and safety."
