Cost to put up a rotary washing line

How much should a handyman charge me for putting up a rotary washing line? It has a ground spike which will need fixing into the ground with a bracket or cement I guess.

me personally would charge anywhere from £10 /£30 depends on what the surface is.

You should be looking at around £25 to install the line, this will be dependent on the ground that the line is going into ie existing patio or grassed area. Also your location.
