"With materials about £3500 and without materials possibly £2500, location might play a factor is overall price though."

This can vary in price. Depending on design, how many sockets you want in each room, whether you want spot lights or normal pendants. Kitchen appliances etc.
We work to your design so every price is different."
"Always best to get 3 quotes standard 3 bed house rewire approximately £3500.00."
Answered on 9th Sep 2020 - Member since Oct 2019 - report"Hi, sorry its really hard to give a definitive quote figure without looking at the job. I can give you previous quotes and figures for jobs completed and what has contributed to the costs.
Floor types - solid floors, floating floors, floor spaces with access ponts
Roof spaces - are these accessible, is there flat roofs,
Walls - brick walls, old plaster walls, gypsom walls
All these are factored into quotes, an average property price for a 3 bed comes in at 3.4 - 4.5k where an older property with solid floors, plaster walls, flat roofs can go as high as 8-9k from previous experience.
Hope that helps
David"
"All depends what you’re putting in, if it’s standard stuff I would assume 3000-3500 mark"
Answered on 18th Aug 2020 - Member since Jul 2020 - report"Hi Beverley, approx cost of rewiring a 3 bed semi is £3k -£3.5k depending on what spec you go for! Usb sockets, LED spotlights, white plastic or metal finish!
Regards
Rob."
"Hi Beverly, the cost of the rewire to your property would depend on many different things such as your specification eg, electric shower/cooker, downlighters, extractor fans etc.
It would also depend on the volume of furniture you have, or if you have any flat roof areas all these things would make the job more difficult.
To give you a rough ball park figure without an answer to all these questions you’re looking at around £3000.Hope this helps"
