What is caulking grout and when should it be used?

I have never heard of caulking grout, I can only think of a new product that have been bought out on the market called perflex which you use a caulking gun in between the joints. The only other example I can think of is when you use a mortar gun when using brick slips

Grout is used between tiles to keep them from moving. It isn't flexible like caulk. Caulk is used around the base of the tub or where the tiles meet the tub. It's waterproof and used as a sealing measure
