    External water stop tap

I live in a terraced house with a shared water supply with three other houses. I'm second in the supply chain. I have a water stop tap that connects to the mains supply in my back garden. it is sited below ground in a brick lined hole and a metal lid. Whose responsibility is it to undertake repairs to this tap should it fail?

Swapping electric shower to mixer shower

Hi guys, I just moved into a new place and the en-suite electric shower is damaged and not working. it will be safely disconnected from the fuse board to avoid any surprises. I would like to install mixer shower to get more powerful shower experience compared to slow water flow from electric showers. I have a basin with hot and cold supply 2 meters away from the water inlet for the electric shower. Central heating is by combi boiler. As the cold water supply is already available by the electric shower point, would it be ok to pick up the hot water supply from the basin hot water supply? or what electric shower would you recommend so the hot water water flow could be as close to mixer shower as possible? Thank you.

Hoe much to change one old radiator valve

How much to change one valve? It’s heavily rounded off and unbleedable… Only one radiator needs replacing, possibly two as a second one is getting temperamental and if it’s more cost effective to do 2 for calling a plumber out. Thanks

Still leaking into the pan from the cistern

The cistern has been leaking into the pan constantly for ages, so today I’ve replaced the fill valve, the doughnut/ coupling washer and the flush valve. All working fine, except there is still a steady flow of water leaking into the pan as it was before. It’s driving me bonkers!! So the cistern leaks water out, then refills itself, then leaks, then refills...etc. Any ideas?
