Where is the condensate pipe

Where would a condensate pipe be installed? Does it depend on the property? If I think I've found mine, how can I be sure?

"It is underneath the boiler and it's a flexible pipe (normally gray colour) about 15-20cm which then run into ((white)plastic pipe 21.5 mm diameter..."

"A condensate from a boiler is a white plastic pipe approx 22mm that will exit the bottom of the boiler and either feed out the wall or may be fed into a waste pipe somewhere nearby. Follow the white plastic pipe from the boiler."

"Ok the condense pipe should come from underneath the boiler and run to a s&v pipe or run to a alkaline rich soak away.
If the boiler was fitted by a properly qualified heating engineer it should be fine"

"If you have a white plastic pipe coming out the bottom, that's it. Follow that, it'll go outside or internally normally in to a waste or soil pipe."
