Decorating a newbuild
I'm going to be moving into a new build soon, and it's been decorated (quite poorly in parts) in brilliant white matt emulsion. This wouldn't be an issue if I didn't have 3 young kids, that love smearing things on walls. Is it wise to paint over the emulsion with washable vinyl silk, or will it damage the fresh plaster?
