how much is it to carry out a 3 stage mould wash in 3 separate rooms. 1) living room 2)bedroom 3) bathroom
Best paint to use?
I have a large bay window sill to paint approx 1.5m x 2m and I have tried to do this twice now only to have the same result... by the time I have cut in and started to fill in the middle the paint has started to dry and makes a mess when I get to the end. Is there a good Satin/EggShell paint that doesn't dry so quick and follows well that it allows you to paint the whole sill before it dry's out?

We have an old but solid timber front door that needs old paint stripping off and repainting but also new locks and furniture. Is there a tradesman who can do both jobs or will we need a painter and a locksmith / iron monger to do two separate jobs? Many thanks.
