With the Archietect championing the course, all you need is to find the right Architect and you will be able to tell from your briefs if they are invested in achieving aesthetics, function and cost efficiency with SUSTAINABILITY as the anchor.
Lowering carbon footprints/emissions during the project life cycle and during use of the building can only be achieved when all stakeholders ( Client, Architect, Engineers, etc) understate the vision and stay on course"
