Been informed house was built over live storm drain foundation only 300mm thick seen videos they hit live culvert which is spilling out thousands of gallon a hr they stuck 4 crates over it buried them and combined my drainage ment to be separated what should I do

5 - is the drain passing under the property itself.
6 - is this just surface water or is there foul drainage connected as well.
7 - who told you and why?
