We look at all elements of your project at the outset, we design as if are going to build and pay for the works ourselves Our plans once submitted can be edited to get the right design for you, we aim to submit your plans 14 days from our site visit.
During the site visit we consider everything that may impact your project, from a flood risk assessment, Tree Preservation orders, to electrical and heating system can support your extension, we are here to guide you through the process and get you what you want and complying with Planning and Building regulations, with an economical cost solution
In addition, we can offer to project manage the build process and can recommend trustworthy builders, we ensure all works are completed to the highest standard.
