Best rotavator for one hundred square metre garden

I have a garden with an area of one hundred square metres. Should I buy a light duty or medium rotavator in order to till my garden? And based on the type suggested, what is the best rotavator on the market for a garden of this size?

"Hi, it depends on the ground, if it's heavy grass or has roots then it's best to hire a heavy duty machine, then you can buy a lighter model, husquvarna are good"

"If you are going to be using the rotavator once then there is no point buying one, as it would be a waste of money. I would recommend to go to your local Hire merchants who will direct you to one of there rotator machines, which will be more than capable for the job you have."

"Heavy duty one or even a micro digger to turn over that size of area."
