Bathroom work-guarantee

I have just had a bathroom fitted how long can I expect the workmanship to be guaranteed for?

I am an electrician and also do small plumbing jobs for customers but do all of my own plumbing, I have to give a 6-year workmanship warranty on my work as an electrician, however, whether it is electrical or plumbing I would expect the workmanship to last for many years, that said, these days it’s the poor quality of imported materials that lets jobs down.

Hi it's Andre ...bathroom installation can last up to a week or two weeks depending on the size and changes otherwise it's a week

Ten years is the standard period for most work, with the first two years being defects warranty and the remaining term being structural cover. 6 years is the legal requirement

Well we guarantee our work for over ten years but all tradesmen have different  ones so it will be down to that tradesman,but the actual  plumbing equipment  is usually ten years and over depends on the manufacturers.
