Bathroom sink height

I've read that a bathroom sink should be at a height between 80 and 85cm. Does it matter if we have it slightly lower, so we can locate it beneath a window?

"Traditionally a basin is set at 32”. As long as your waste pipe is low enough and you are comfortable with it you can position it at any height you wish."

"Hi Julie, that's the standard height of Basin however its height can be adjusted as customer preference as long as plumber ensured sanitary pipe gradient is in rigth position.
Thanks

"The height of the sink does not matter. A taller person needs a higher sink and a shorter one a lower sink. If under the window was the only place to place the sink, then it is correct that it is located under the window line"

"No this does not matter general rule of thumb is waste height . But there is no regulation stating it has to be that height it is just for guidance .eg for a pedestal to fit underneath"
