Alpha Plumbing Services Ltd reply: Dear Mr Risebrow, thank you for your review. We had initially intended to begin the work in late January and as you are aware I was taken into hospital due to a stroke, I agreed a new start date which unfortunately did not happen due to the virus. I had also offered to return your deposit initially and after making you aware of the situation of my health you asked me to postpone and still do the work it was only in late May when you had requested your deposit back to which I stated I would return and yet the same day I received a letter from the civil court expressing your intention to take me to court. From that point forward my solicitor has taken over to proceed to court. So I am sorry that you are not happy and make customer service a priority. I am sorry we could not reach a solution, as you can see from previous reviews this had never been a problem before. I wish you well and hope we can resolve this issue through the solicitor.
