  • How can I fix a stuck bleeding radiator valve?

Hello, I have a radiator which seems to have a stuck bleeding valve. I want to let some air out, but the valve won't budge. There has been no change to the radiator itself or how we’ve been using it recently, so I’m not sure what could have caused it to be so tight recently. Are there any usual causes for the valves getting stuck? Could I fix this myself?

Carpets or treatment suitable for those with allergies

I am a fan of carpets but I deal with mild allergy issues. I am wondering whether there are any carpet types/materials or/and special treatment products out there that can reduce the risk of the surface affecting my allergies? I am hoping there is something I can do to make it manageable to live with carpets such that it is not a significant inconvenience. On the other hand, is it realistically not possible? Will I need to consider settling for another flooring type? I look forward to hearing your thoughts. Thank you.
